TOPIC: “Emotional Safety is Physical Safety - Midwives Tending to Mental Health.” 

Presenter: Kimm Sun

Kimm Sun is a home birth midwife, and a certified Havening practitioner.  She is also the founder of the Human Birth Project and the Intact Birth - social media platforms for empowering women through knowledge, and has taught midwifery in Haiti, Nepal and Vietnam through her volunteer work with Project Hope.

By Subway: The nearest subway station is Union Square station 1 block away from 4th avenue (L, 4, 5, 6, Q, R and N) train lines.

By Bus: Take the First or Second Avenue routes (M15) to 17th Street or any 14th Street bus (M14) to 4th avenue and Union Sq East.
