STUDENTS! ANNUAL ACNM, REGION II, CHAPTER 1 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD APPLY BY APRIL 1 NYC MIDWIVES (Region II, Chapter 1) is pleased to continue the tradition started in 2007 of awarding a $1,000 scholarship to a qualified student. We are dedicated to the development and support of student midwives who demonstrate commitment to their profession and to women's health. Who is eligible? A student in good standing who will be graduating in 2010 from a midwifery education program that is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME). Current membership in national ACNM and in the local chapter is required. How do I apply? Download the application packet by clicking on the link below. The entire packet, including the two completed recommendation forms, is due by April 1, 2010. All instructions are stated in the application packet.
